Everyone is always looking for hacks and shortcuts.
The truth is...there are no shortcuts.
There is only things that you do and things that you do not do.
It comes down to how much action you are willing to take.
The biggest habit hack one can use is breaking down habits into bite-size pieces. Instead of trying to go from A to Z in one shot, try just going from A to B.
Whichever successful habit you are trying to build, start small. Build up the muscles to sustain the new habit.
