Vanessa Van Edwards is a behavioral investigator at her human behavior research lab, the Science of People. She is a professional people watcher—speaking, researching and cracking the code of interesting behavior hacks for audiences around the world.

She has essentially spent years studying the science (research, studies, physiology, etc.) of how our body language and facial expressions tell the story of what is going on inside someone’s brain.

This includes how to create relationships, know when someone is attracted to you, how to get rid of resting bitch face, how to detect a lie, and how to be the most memorable person at an event.

And because she is such a pro, She is a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine and the Huffington Post. Her popular courses on Creative Live and Udemy have over 120,000 enrolled students

Leo Babauta is a former journalist and creator of the popular Zen Habits blog, author of numerous books and courses on habits, simplicity and mindfulness.
In 2005, Leo was living on Guam and was a smoker, overweight, sedentary, addicted to junk food, deeply in debt with lots of clutter, a procrastinator, overworked with no time for his wife and kids. In November 2005, he started to turn his life around: he finally quit smoking, then started running, changed his diet, started getting out of debt, decluttering, simplifying and more.
A year later, he had lost 30 lbs. and ran his first marathon, was a vegetarian and on his way to becoming debt-free and a minimalist. He started Zen Habits in January 2007 to share what he was learning about changing his life, and has been writing the blog ever since.
The blog grew to 26,000 readers by the end of 2007 (and now has over a million readers) and was named one of TIME Magazine’s Top 10 blogs for a few years. It’s one of the largest single-author blogs in the world.
These days, Leo is a vegan, lives a fairly healthy life in California, and focuses on helping people who are struggling.

In the interview, we break down,
- how people can form lasting habits
- how to be present in any situation
- the power of minimalism and why Leo implemented throughout his blog
- and so much more!

Hey Changemakers!

I just came out of a 3- day immersive coaching experience with Landmark so I apologize that this recording was not up earlier.

My intention with this show is to simply answer your questions about the ups and downs on life, about transitions and relationships, and life changing decisions, and all the things you have been waiting to ask me :)

Here is the recording of the first episode.

This is where I dived into questions such as: what does it mean to be happy? Or operate in happiness?

what does it mean to be happy? Or operate in a happiness state?

Do I regret leaving my job? What about entrepreneurship keeps me in the game?

Shout-out to Jan from Toronto, Ferah from the DC area, Dave, David Mcrae from the UK.
