What if I told you there was a way for you to instantly start achieving all of your goals? Would you believe me?

How about if I told you that there is a way for you to be in flow?

My guest today is a high-performance coach that specializes working with athletes and successful CEOs and he is famous for helping people create alter egos.

The easiest way to understand alter egos is to think about when you were playing as a kid.

Most likely, you were asked at some point to pretend to be someone else. Like a lawyer, or maybe an animal or a cowboy.

You stepped into the identity of that thing RIGHT away.

Now, take that into success, personal development, and business.

What if you can create an alter ego for the person you most want to be and sometimes, you most need to be.

In this episode, you will discover:

- how to tap into the power of your alter egos

- how to create alter egos for yourself

- how to get into flow states

and so much more!

As always, if you enjoy this episode, it would mean the world to me if you left us a review on iTunes, Stitcher, and or Google Play.
